Crystal Mountain Resort has two excellent 18-hole golf courses: Mountain Ridge and Betsie Valley. Mountain Ridge, which is actually carved into a mountainside, offers great views of the surrounding mountains, hills, and forests. Fairways wind through massive pine trees, and bunkers and water hazards are strategically placed, making for a challenging 18 holes of classic Michigan golf.

Located in the highlands of Benzie County, Michigan, Champion Hill Golf will provide you with views of Crystal Lake, the Platte Lakes, and Lake Michigan. The course features well-groomed rolling fairways and large, contoured greens. Champion Hill also has practice areas for driving and for putting. Crystal Mountain Resort also has a ten-acre practice area, which includes a driving range, putting green, and chipping greens.

Mistwood Golf Course, located in Lake Ann, Michigan, is considered one of the best courses in Northern Michigan. Golf Digest has consistently given it a 4-Star rating. Mistwood offers a total of 27 holes made up of three nines.

Arcadia Bluffs is a 245-acre golf club located on wind-swept bluffs, 180 feet above the Lake Michigan shoreline. (The area was once a collection of apple orchards and cherry orchards.) Here, you'll get great views of Lake Michigan and a very challenging course. In fact, almost every hole provides views of the lake.

The course features wide fairways and open, spacious greens. Arcadia Bluffs also has a second golf course, the South Course. This is an unusual course that uses various angles to create a course design that focuses the golfer to focus on strategy. A driving range, chipping area, and putting green can be used for practice.
